A 3D rendering is a photorealistic image or animation created using specialized software to visualize a space before it’s built or renovated. It allows you to see what a design will look like, from materials and lighting to landscaping and furnishings, before making costly decisions.

We work on a wide range of projects, including residential homes, commercial developments, landscape designs, interiors, pool areas, and hospitality spaces. Whether you’re in early concept development or refining final selections, we can tailor our visuals to suit your phase of design.

At minimum, we’ll need:

• Architectural or landscape plans (CAD, PDF, or hand-drawn with dimensions)

• Reference images or inspiration photos

• Material and finish selections (if available)

• Site photos (for context and lighting)

Don’t worry if you don’t have everything - we’ll guide you through it.

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and number of images or animations needed. Typical pricing starts at:

• Still images: $1,200–$1,500 per image

• Animations: Starting at $5,000

• VR/360° walkthroughs: Priced per project

We’re happy to provide a custom quote after learning more about your needs.

Most rendering projects take 1–3 weeks, depending on the scope and number of deliverables. Rush projects may be possible for an additional fee.

Yes! Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. We’ll work closely with you to make sure the final images match your vision.

• Conceptual renderings are used early in the design process. They focus on form, massing, and general aesthetics - great for exploring ideas.

• Final renderings showcase exact finishes, lighting, furniture, and landscaping with high realism. These are ideal for marketing or client presentations.

Yes - drawings are technical, but renderings are visual. Clients and stakeholders often struggle to interpret 2D plans. Renderings bridge the gap and help them understand the design clearly, reducing miscommunication and costly changes down the road.

We do! We create:

• Short animations that bring your design to life with cinematic movement and lighting

• 360° virtual tours that let clients "step inside" and look around

• VR-ready content for immersive presentations

These are especially effective for high-end marketing or gaining stakeholder approval.

You’ll receive full usage rights for the final images for marketing, presentation, or internal use. We retain the copyright for our work unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

Absolutely. We work with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Most of our process is remote - we handle everything via email, video calls, and cloud sharing platforms. If you happen to be working in East Central Florida and would like to meet in person, I’m happy to do that too.
